4 person teams

Dos Senors (2 Jacks), Dos Senoritas (2 Jills)

 

(Day 1) Scramble - Marina course, 3 drives pp, Gross/Net with adjusted team handicap.

 

(Day 2) Shamble - Vista Vallarta Nicklaus course, 3 drives pp, Gross/Net

 

(Day 3) 1 Low gross and 1 low net,  Vista Vallarta Weiskopf course.

 

All scores will be added together on the last day to determine flight winners.

 

Senior Tees (for men) can be used for those that are 60 years and older under the following guidelines:

 

Tournament Handicap   0-12 – Lose 2 shots

Tournament Handicap 13-29 – Lose 3 shots 

Tournament Handicap 30-36 – Lose 4 shots

 

All ties for Tournament results will be broken  by USGA recommended tie breaker.

(Final round back nine, last 6, last 3, number 18)

Practice Round

Practice round tee times will be available on any of the 3 courses,

Sunday February 23Only one practice round is included in the tournament package and must be used on Sunday. Additional practice rounds are permitted, space available. Request for specific times, course preference can be made by emailing

Please allow us to make your practice round tee time for Sunday since this is part of the tournament. 

Should you wish to play additional practice rounds if you are going early, you may contact the golf course directly and tell them you are playing in this tournament for a better price. 

Daily Team Players Pool

The Team’s Players Pool is $400 per team. 

 

Prize breakdown and distribution information will be included in the Tournament Information package at registration on Sunday, February 23.

Rainout or Inclement

Weather Policy

Weather patterns for Puerto Vallarta typically does not produce rain in February.  Rains are very seasonal in June and ending in mid-October. However, in the event of a rainout, inclement weather or darkness, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify the tournament in any manner it deems fitting to provide the most equitable competition. Participants understand and acknowledge that the Tournament Entry Fee is for the event in total whether modified or completed in whole. If any individual round is cancelled by inclement weather, regardless of date played (Rounds 1-3), the results will be calculated on the greatest number of common rounds played.
